LeanLaw allows you to download and back up crucial firm data for safekeeping. Here's a simplified guide.
Steps:
Click the gear icon in the top right corner to access Settings.
On the left-hand menu, navigate to Firm Setup > Firm Info.
Locate the "Download LeanLaw Data" button at the bottom. Click to download.
Download Details:
Your data will be compressed into a ZIP folder.
Unzipping the folder reveals individual Excel files for:
Clients
Matters
Rates
Time Entries
Expenses
Fixed Fees
