Steps to Create a Time Entry for a Completion Based Fixed Fee
Time Entries Page
Navigate to the Time Entry Page
Click on ‘Create Entry’
Fill Out the Time Entry Details
If the Matter is NOT a Fixed Fee Matter, you will need to select "Fixed Fee" from the Billing Type dropdown.
Select the Fixed Fee you want to track time against from the Fixed Fee dropdown.
Save the Time Entry
Calendar Page
Navigate to the Calendar Page
Click on a time displayed.
You can also click and drag to capture a period of time.
Fill Out the Time Entry Details
If the Matter is NOT a Fixed Fee Matter, you will need to select "Fixed Fee" from the Billing Type dropdown.
Select the Fixed Fee you want to track time against from the Fixed Fee dropdown.
Click Save
Timers
Navigate to the Calendar Page.
Start a Timer.
When you are ready to save the timer, select the save option.
You can do this before or after the next step.
Fill Out the Timer Details
You can do this before or after you select Save.

Select the Fixed Fee you want to track time against from the Fixed Fee dropdown.
Click Save
Quick Create
Navigate to the + sign at the top right.
Select New Time Entry
Fill Out the Time Entry Details
If the Matter is NOT a Fixed Fee Matter, you will need to select "Fixed Fee" from the Billing Type dropdown.
Select the Fixed Fee you want to track time against from the Fixed Fee dropdown.
Click Save
Finalizing the Fixed Fee for Billing once Time Entries are created
Once all relevant time entries are logged, navigate to the Fixed Fees tab under the Matter.
Click the three dots next to the Completion-Based Fixed Fee and select Mark Completed.
The fee will now be ready for invoicing.
