LeanLaw has recently started enabling all firms access to our email service which has benefits like automated account summaries, delivery status tracking, trust statements, and fully customizable templates. Previously, our email service was only available for firms utilizing our Confido integration. If you're reading this article, you may have noticed your invoice emails sent through QuickBooks' email service (LeanLaw's legacy method for emailing invoices) don't have status tracking available.

How can I tell which emails have tracking?

Emails sent from QuickBooks will have a grey emailed badge with the QuickBooks logo.

Emails sent through LeanLaw's service will have a green emailed badge and you will be able to click the badge to see the email's status on the Track Sent Emails page.
