Setting Up Invoice Reminders in LeanLaw

In today's fast-paced legal environment, efficiency is paramount. With LeanLaw Payments, in partnership with Gravity Legal, you no longer have to toggle between applications or open secondary programs like Outlook just to send reminders for outstanding invoices. Everything is seamlessly integrated, allowing for a streamlined workflow. By utilizing our reminders and payment links, you ensure timely client communication and prompt invoice settlements, all within the familiar environment of LeanLaw.

Note: You'll need access to firm settings to complete this set up.

Initial Setup:

  • Head over to your firm's settings by clicking on the โš™๏ธ settings gear.

  • Navigate to Email Settings > Reminders.

  • You can choose to customize the subject and body of the reminder email, or stick with our default. Whatever you decide, don't forget to hit Save Settings.

Sending Reminders:

  • Go to Billing.

  • Select Track Sent Emails.

  • Simply select them and click Send Reminder.

  • A confirmation will pop up. Once you're sure, confirm your choice.

What Happens Next?

Your reminders will be sent to the original recipients. They'll include the original payment link(s) and attachments, making it super convenient for your clients.


Want to track the status? Revisit the Track Sent Invoices page anytime to see if your reminders have been opened, delivered, bounced, and more.
